Dan responds with a trio of smoking mounds (a phrase, coincidentally, that was also in Coudal’s nurse book). By their expressions and eyelashes they might better be described as a post-coital menage a trois of smoking mounds, a phrase, I'm certain, with zero google hits before today.

Mysteriously, our fanged antagonist seems to have been borne from this unholy coupling, appearing from the mound smoke like some Norse god whom I’m pretty sure was birthed out of smoke, mound or otherwise. Layer Tennis deadline pressure does not permit me the time for proper research.

Phineas will now take a crack at the mounds (cripes, Double Duty Nurse just won't get out of my head), and we'll see where this historical, snaggle-toothed, anthropomorphic, samurai sex fantasy takes us as it unfolds.

And with every layer, we'll continue posting as it happens video of Dan and Phineas at work in the studio.
