Well, I don’t know about you but I need a cup of tea right now, and a ginger nut to steady myself.
It looks like Rex is taking us out of the danger zone, momentarily at least, somewhere a bit more refined. Here we have the Old Vic herself, with her wonderful hangdog face (such a feature of famous Brits, have you noticed?).
For those not in the know, Queen Victoria was a long-reigning British monarch, all 63 years of it. She was famously "not amused" - by what is unclear, but the phrase has passed into history and is trotted out on many a non-royal occasion.
In this case, having seen the trouble those air pirates went to defending our land it seems very ungrateful. It would have been nice if her stiff upper lip cracked into a smile. But hey ho. I guess when you've seen one desiccated sea beastie necklace you've seen 'em all.
